Our Philosophy

Ristorante Fabiano is a modern Italian restaurant. In addition to excellent pasta and meats, we offer outstanding pizzas baked in a traditional wood-fired oven custom-built for us by an Italian master artisan. We are also happy to prepare both pasta and pizzas in a gluten-free version.

Our roots

Who is behind it

IN CATERING was established in 1995. We started as a catering company. Over time, we added other projects, such as the Café Empiria canteen in Pankrác (today under the name Tácy na Pankráci) or our Italian restaurant Fabiano. A major milestone for us was 2018. We collaborated on the opening of the multifunctional Cubex Center Prague as the exclusive catering provider and opened the modern beer restaurant Sou100 Žižkov. In 2021, we added il Bistro, and next year we plan to open the Italian restaurant SCALO in Prague's Vackov. However, Ristorante Fabiano remains a matter of the heart for us.
